1. Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
We highly recommend booking an appointment to secure your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but same-day spots are not guaranteed—especially evenings and weekends.

2. What services do you offer at Pearl Spa & Beauty?
We offer Swedish and deep tissue massage, couples and group massage, foot reflexology, head spa / scalp treatments, prenatal massage (with restrictions), hot stone and cupping add-ons, as well as relaxation facials and beauty treatments.

3. Where are you located and is there parking?
Pearl Spa & Beauty is located at 189 S 200 W, Suite 101, Bountiful, Utah. There is free parking behind the building, with convenient access to our back entrance. We are close to West Bountiful, Woods Cross and North Salt Lake.

4. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee or deposit forfeiture, as our therapists reserve that time especially for you.

5. Do you require a deposit for couples or group bookings?
Yes. Couples massage and group sessions (3–6 guests) require a deposit to hold the time and room. The deposit goes toward your total on the day of service. If you cancel late or do not show up, the deposit may be non-refundable.

6. What should I expect during my first visit?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to fill out a short intake form and discuss your needs with your therapist. You will be guided to a private room, given time to change, and properly draped at all times. Your therapist will check pressure and focus areas throughout the session.

7. What should I wear for a massage or head spa?
For body massage, most guests undress to their comfort level and are fully covered with sheets and blankets except for the area being worked on. For head spa treatments, please wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy hair products before your visit.

8. Are hot stones, cupping or infrared heat included in the price?
Yes. For many of our massage sessions, hot stones, cupping and infrared heat can be included at no extra charge when appropriate for your body condition. Your therapist will recommend what is safe and most beneficial for you.

9. Do you offer prenatal massage?
We offer gentle prenatal massage for guests in their second and third trimester, as long as there are no medical complications and your doctor has cleared you for massage. Please inform us when booking so we can reserve a suitable therapist and set-up.

10. How can I buy a massage gift card?
You can purchase instant digital gift cards through our Digital Gift Card page on the website or in person at the spa. Gift cards can be used for most massage and head spa services at Pearl Spa & Beauty and make a thoughtful present for birthdays, holidays or special occasions.
